Jeremy Lakes

Founder & President

Jeremy Lakes founded Reach Operations Group after more than two decades of leadership experience spanning military service, logistics, field operations, facilities support, and business management. Throughout his career, he has led multi-site operations, managed large teams, and built scalable operational systems focused on safety, accountability, and customer success.

By integrating rigorous compliance methodologies with data-driven market analysis, we facilitate transparent, cost-effective sourcing strategies while demonstrating unwavering commitment to regulatory precision and stakeholder collaboration.

Jeremy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). He founded Reach Operations Group with the belief that dependable execution, disciplined leadership, and exceptional customer service are the foundation of lasting customer relationships.
